Your code allocates the xfer with flag USBD_SYNCHRONOUS
and sets up the xfer with flag USBD_NO_TIMEOUT.
usbd_setup_xfer() however rewrites the flags, so
it needs USBD_SYNCHRONOUS while usbd_create_xfer
probably doesn't.
