[PATCH] Add posix_spawn_file_actions_addclosefrom_np

Attached is a patch to add posix_spawn_file_actions_addclosefrom_np with 
equivalent behavior to FreeBSD, Solaris, and Linux. I generated it with my 
local git branch of -current, but it should be trivially portable to 11 and 
plenty safe to bring there, and I can confirm it’s also trivially portable to 
10.1. The patch includes an updated libc test case too, and appropriate man 
page updates.
