Urgh, yes. I'm very unhappy that we had issues that caused four
wakeups so far this month; usually the nightly odds are 1:30.

As I'm sure you know, your previous situation was not well-run.
If there are really 20 issues per night needing attention, they
needed a dedicated third shift.
