To get the dell custom version, do this: Browse to http://support.dell.com Punch in your service tag (or browse to the system type) Drivers & Downloads For OS, select VMWare ESX (whatever version) Under "Enterprise Solutions" you will *sometimes* find installation iso files. Not all system types have a custom ISO. If there is no custom ISO there, then it's not applicable for your system type.
