That's pre-kitkat. Doesn't exist anymore. There is no "Contacts to Display." Instead, there is a drop-down to select which phone books to display (which accounts). Then there's a list of my Exchange accounts, Gmail account, etc, and each one has a "..." next to it. If I click the "..." then I can select to only display contacts in certain groups (which apparently maps to "Categories" in Exchange).
