A pretty minimal installation of Cygwin plus the rsync and ssh
packages. Then you can give the user a .cmd file to click on
that rsyncs a certain place (C:\business ?) over ssh into your
fileserver. You can lock it down rather nicely with pubkey
auth and authorized_keys. A rsyncd.conf with "write only" set
prevents data from being stolen by being synced back outwards.
Maybe not super slick but not hideous either I think - your
taste may vary.
