I see.

Seems a few have had issues with this option. I turned it off last
night and have been using it on my ibook G4 (macppc) for a good bunch
of hours with no adverse effects.

$ grep SIGIO /var/log/Xorg.0.log
[3379048.700] (**) Option "UseSIGIO" "false"
[3379048.700] (**) Disabling SIGIO handlers for input devices

This is on a slightly older snapshot:

$ sysctl kern.version
kern.version=OpenBSD 4.8-beta (GENERIC) #84: Tue Aug  3 10:03:35 MDT 2010
    dera...@macppc.openbsd.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/macppc/compile/GENERIC
