This paragraph is referring to time _zone_ selection, and the dependency on installation media (as best I can tell from my first-ever read of install.sub and the ramdisk list files, mind you) appears to be that a time zone list is not included in the floppy images due to space constraints. The installation guides don't appear mention that the user might be asked to weigh in on adjusting the system time. Evan Silberman
