This is a little peculiar . If the files are there they should be seen by the Plextalk even if they cannot be played because of some registration issue.
Can you break down how you are transferring the books. Are you using the Audible Manager? Are you using Finder?. Can you definitely see the book files in the Audible Folder when you examine it in Finder?
