Don't have time to scan the schematic, but here are the voltages you asked
for:

R4160= +26V
R4163= -26V
And also R4161= -26V
Also check the following chokes that are in series with the resistors:
L4000, L4001, L4002. They open up also if the IC shorts.

Jeff,
   I can't thank you enough for the responses, but I still think part of
my problem is the Vcc going to the 9-1690 (convergence). I don't show
any B+ on either side of these two resistors.....(R1460 and
R4163).......and I am stuck for schematics, because not one tech has
responded with any information as to the whereabouts of a print for this
set. I guess it was a loser for Zenith. Anyways, I'll call all of my
distributors tomorrow and some I've never tried b4 and do whatever it
takes to win this battle.
