This set came in dead, when plugged in and pressing the power button the set will cycle 3 times each time the green power LED flashes and you hear a chirp. Tried disconnecting HV Splitter. Checking error codes found Error Code 61 :HW:Switched 5Volt not available.SMPS cannot switch. Also Code:1:Invalid Error Code Code:1:Invalid Error Code.
