First thing you need to do is start touching parts or flexing the PCB to try and localize the problem, take notice if the picture does anything. Start with soldering the tuner. Use a magnifier to examine the PCB. Set came in with complaint of turning off and right back on intermittently (about once every 2 days). Anybody have any suggestions?
