Don't forget that if you get a submission in ASCII and the author doesn't
*ever* want to touch DocBook, whether you mark it up for them or not, then
you *must* keep an original version of that ASCII doc as a separate file
in CVS. This will allow you to diff an update that the author submits
against the original you marked up and thus go back and make changes to
the marked up copy easier.
