Ø *Acts as a key member of the Design & Development Implementation
team;* analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, helps in
designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions. / Uses analysis
of users' business processes and needs to convey a vision for improving
their business by employing Oracle Applications through the addition of
reports, queries, and tools. / Partners with business users and other team
members to gather and define the detailed functional requirements for Oracle
applications. Provides leadership for designing solutions for applications
in Oracle. Develops and executes detailed scripts and use cases to be used
for testing the configuration. / Learns all functional aspects of
customizations built to meet business requirements not fulfilled in the
standard Oracle products.

with re-engineering processes to standardize procedures / Analyzes and

Critical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Ø Possesses a deep understanding of Oracle Applications functionality,
along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Applies a thorough understanding of data architecture and
relationships (tables, views, indices, and standard application program
interfaces) as the basis for troubleshooting and resolving problems
Ø Uses Oracle SQLPlus to build troubleshooting queries.
Ø Fosters a Trusted Advisor relationship with business teams by
building confidence through strong interpersonal, communications, and
business-facing skills.
Ø Strong understating of the WI business and IT development processes
Ø Experience with adhering to software development and configuration
management process procedures standards. Ø Knowledgeable, at a detail
level, in the overall functionality of the Oracle Applications Ø Previous
Oracle Applications implementation experience, preferably with multiple
modules Ø Possess basic knowledge of Oracle project methodology and
its associated deliverables Ø Ability to work closely with other team
members during project stage (onshore and offshore) to implement project
stage deliverables Ø Ability to evaluate and assist with making
decisions to resolve situations impacting project deliverables, and
recognize when escalation is necessary Ø Leadership experience in a
full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Applications Ø Exceptional
communication skills. Must be able to present functional information to
technical and non-technical audiences, and respond to questions using
terminology tailored for the audience
