Location: Morris Plains, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Title: I-Series Engineer/SME

 iSeries V5R4, V6R1
. ROBOT Console V4 & V5 & Network V10
. Robot/Save Rel R10 & R11
. BRMS V5R4, V6R1
. iCluster V4 & V5
. MIMIX V5, V6
. Ability to develop, test and implement technical documentation related to the 
operation and management of iSeries servers and 2) ability to train Level 1 
Operations support staff in the effective use of those procedures.
. Extensive experience as a system administrator for the AS/400 - iSeries 
platform including recent work with iSeries Operating System versions V5R4 and 
V6R1.
. Advanced functional knowledge of hardware components and hardware/Operating 
System dependencies for all iSeries systems.
. Extensive knowledge and experience of iSeries infrastructure tools that 
includes functional considerations, installation and support methods for the 
following tool sets:
. System Monitoring suite: Help Systems products:
o Robot/Alert
o Robot/Console
o Robot/Network
o Robot/Schedule
. Disaster Recovery / Replication tools
o Vision (Lakeview) MiMIX
o IBM (Data Mirror) iCluster
. Backup and tape management:
o Help Systems Robot/Save
o IBM BRMS (incl. BRMS Network feature)
. System Security:
o Skyview Security products
o Attachmate NetIQ (PentaSafe) security suite
. Knowledge of and ability to effectively make use of the Sloan TAA Tools 
products as pertaining to efficiencies and automation capabilities.
. Ability to support and update in house developed tools while following proper 
change and release management criteria.
. Strong knowledge of Service Design and Transition phases of the ITIL v3 
framework.
. Working knowledge of compliance standards - both in house (Pharmaceutical 
CRS) and government (SOX and FDA).
. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work in 
geographically distributed teams
