Job Description B2B Solutions Analyst Location: San jose , CA Duration: 6months The B2B Solutions Analyst works with Business and IT teams to provide strategic and tactical support in designing and deploying B2B capabilities to meet Client’s business process integration needs. The Analyst actively engages with internal teams and potentially trading partners to analyize business and IT requirements, participate in the solution planning, design, and execution in order to deliver measurable results to Client and its partners. The role requires proactive participation in 2 to 4 projects simultaneously. Skills Required: · 5+ yrs as a Business and/or IT Analyst · 3+ yrs of some level of Project management experience · Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills (i.e. articulate, concise) · Well-developed presentation & influencing skills · Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment · Experience relationship building in a virtual work environment · Quick, in-depth learner · Highly evolved teamwork and collaboration skills · Ability to think critically, performing analytical evaluation of complex systems and structures · Interest in business process review/analysis, process improvement/re-design, client service & satisfaction · Passion for proactive problem-solving through relationships, networking, and influencing · Ability to work independently with the initiative to take ownership and follow-thru on activities/tasks to successful completion · Demonstratable knowledge on a few of the business process/systems integration (B2B) technologies/soutions (e.g. EDI, RosettaNet, XML, JMS, Web Services, SOA, Oracle ERP, Tibco, WebMethods, etc.) Looking fwd to work with you.
