A strong digital portfolio showing sophisticated web design and development work. Broad-based knowledge, encompassing areas such as usability and interface design; basic Web skills, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; Web 2.0 skills, including Ajax; server-side technologies, such as PHP and Ruby on Rails; databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle or IBM's DB2. Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing) and problem-solving abilities to work with diverse faculty/staff/student clientele. Knowledge of and experience with the Linux Command Line. Proficiency with compliant HTML and CSS code. Experience with graphics creation and editing. Experience with MySQL databases, PHP MyAdmin.
