Some, but not necessarily all of the skills required are: · - ability to install and configure FileNett components independently and be able to direct others in the same - understanding of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) fundamentals - assist architecture teams in designing and building out new Filenet products and/or infrastructure - consult and advise project teams on the best practices for infrastructure related configurations - deploy and support new Filenet projects into the existing / new environments - provide level 3 support for all things Filenet, which includes Filenet and WebSphere (*) - provide on-call support periodically to other infrastructure operations teams (on rotation) - plan for and implement regular maintenance packages to WebSphere and FileNet (*) WebSphere skills can be secondary and can be easily picked up by the right candidate. · Nice-to-have Skills: - knowledge of and ability to code Unix-based shell scripts. - WebSphere ND 6.1 Administration - Database experience with Oracle and/or DB2 - Experience with SOAP/other interconnection protocols.
