MicroSoft OCS Engineer Industry Pharma Job Location Novato, CA Primary Skills MicroSoft OCS Required Skills “The candidate should have experience managing and maintaining Microsoft technologies in an enterprise setting, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Communication Server R2 (OCS) Skills Required experience: Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS). -Advanced knowledge of OCS 2007 server architecture -Advanced knowledge of OCS 2007 management tools -Configuration and management of presence, voice, web conferencing, a/v conferencing, application sharing, common web components, Enterprise voice and supporting databases -Ability to identify and troubleshoot OCS issues, including enabling advanced logging features, reading, interpreting, and analyzing issues information -Advanced knowledge of, and ability to perform daily, weekly, and monthly management and maintenance activities required to keep the OCS application and related infrastructure components at peak operating level. Desired experience: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Office 2007 Must have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to properly interface with key stakeholders & offshore team. “ Knowledge: Candidate must also have undergone a windows operating system and office migration greater then 500+ users.
