Thanks. There is no a Telepathy backend (connection manager) for H.323 at the moment, so currently it's not supported on the internet tablets. The telepathy-glib library gives you the gobject base classes and ginterfaces to implement in order to implement a Telepathy connection manager. So, it should be possible to take a library like Opal or code from Ekiga and make a Telepathy CM without too much difficulty.
