Of course Telrad says it is a Mikrotik issue. Funny, I move several Terabytes of data on a daily basis through Mikrotiks talking to a lot of different equipment, and none of my other vendors have this issue.
To get around it, we upgraded to 10G fiber ports and guess what, we get FCS errors on the freakin' fiber ports as well.
