with help of irranview, resolution is increased to 600dpi decrease the depth of color in the irfanview. then edited in paintbrush removed noise with help of spray erasor etc. Sorry i could not test other image due my poor vision due to overage. It can be cleaned all noice in paints brush itself and increase the dpi in irfanview(windows). In fact this if first time I have done
