Hi all, I am new to Tesseract and defiantly not a command line expert so am using it with FreeOCR GUI interface. I get this error as well. I define the text in a TIFF file I want to OCR and click the 'OCR>this page' option. The text is momentarily highlighted then the highlight goes away and this error message is displayed. A internet search pointed to a problem with my display driver so I have uninstalled and reinstalled both my graphics card and monitor drivers but the problem persists. Tesseract OCR is therefore unusable at present. Can anyone offerer any suggestions please?
