There are problems if you remove previously installed modperl. I'm looking at it.
Apparently mod_perl 2.0's distro must have 'lib' pushed onto @INC from t/TEST. That was the problem. Now committed with the special case for mod_perl build.
Please verify that it works for you Boris and we will make a new release. Geoff has volunteered to be the release manager for this release. ;)
