Totally agreed. I have great respect for the fine work done by
testers, and we should keep the red tape to a minimum.

Can I please request then, if any testing is done with anything
managed by OLPC Australia, that the reports also be CCed to our list?
That way, we can't miss the reports and we can be more responsive to
them.
