Could someone please explain what is meant by 'technical' test cases as opposed to
'business' test cases for the HIPAA testing? We are working on developing test case
scenarios needed for Medicaid (and I believe these are the 'business' test cases), but
was not sure exactly what the differences were. Any information would be appreciated.
