contain (among other things) entries for the following fonts:
tmbi108r
tmbo108r
tmbu108r
tmrb108r
tmri108r
tmrm108r
tmro108r
tmui108r
These are fonts that come with the TMMath package from Micropress.
Having entries for those fonts in the distribution files makes it
implossible for a user of the TMMath fonts to select what kind of fonts
should be embedded (Adobe Times, Nimbus Roman or Micropress's own
version) without finding the files mentioned above, which is nontrivial,
and changing them. Also, the TMMath distribution includes ready-made map
files that have entries for the above fonts.
I therefore suggest that entries for the fonts mentioned above are not
included in the standard teTeX font map files.
