There have been a few fixes and it has shown to be a good idea to make
updated test versions even for such kind of updates, too (basename /
libgen.h).

So, I strongly hope that there are no issues with this release (but if
you find any, please report them anyway! :-) Still hoping that 3.0 can
be released this weekend...

As usual: please, send me feedback, even if it all just works :-)

Changes in the src area:
        * fix a nasty bug in updmap (about enable / disable)
        * remove libgen.h from texk/web2c/pdftexdir/ttf2afm.c (which
          uses xbasename and does no longer need libgen.h)
        * add -sys manpages via symlink
        * upgrade pdftex (1.20c-beta-20050203 -> 1.21a)
        * update texi2html (1.75 -> 1.76)
        * update dvipng (1.4 -> 1.5)

Changes in the texmf area:
        * update mempatch.sty
        * update microtype

Happy testing + have fun!

Thomas
