There have been a few fixes and it has shown to be a good idea to make updated test versions even for such kind of updates, too (basename / libgen.h).
So, I strongly hope that there are no issues with this release (but if you find any, please report them anyway! :-) Still hoping that 3.0 can be released this weekend...
