If the \def of \\ is outside the \centerline def, the musixtex file seems to
compile to the end (see example) .
I do not know if the newline (\\) still works elsewhere. I this example, the
text seems to show up normally.
There is also something else: the distance between the lines is to large as
you can see in instrument 1.
