The problem is very easy to solve: it is due to the category of in-line TeX command.
You used category 4 instead of category 2. Read again (or first?) the manual of PMX!
original version (http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/pmx/pmx240.pdf)
section 2.4, p. 18
or the version of Luigi Cataldi, translated in german by Christof Biebricher (http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/pmx/notdr.pdf),
section 2.5, p. 47.
So try with this:
8<------- % nv,noinst,mtrnuml,mtrdenl,mtrnump,mtrdenp,xmtrnum0,isig, 4 -3 1 2 1 4 4 4 4 0 0 % npages,nsyst,musicsize,fracindent 1 1 20 0.07 %
tttt ./ \\input musixdbr\relax\ \\indivbarrules\ \\allbarrules\sepbarrule\conbarrule{2}\ 8<-------
