Aha, mistery (maybe) solved: I've just created an IMSLP account, and after having logged in I now see four Works, i.e., also "Practical Exercises for Beginners, Op.599 (Czerny, Carl)"
So that one seems to be visible to IMSLP logged-in members only? -- Peter.
