PBSS Meeting January 2012
New President, Matthew, opened the meeting by gavel at precisely 7:02:52
(synchronize your watches.) (The gavel was transfered not as part of the
meeting in order to be able to use it to open the meeting.)
Treasurer's Report: We have $771.79 post-party expenses.
We discussed our upcoming dig at Blue Quail Cave over the last weekend in
January. Bill Bentley is the contact person for this dig.
Matthew is working on permits for a couple of Lincoln National Forest caves
the 25th and 26th of February. The plan is for one horizontal, one vertical.
Places are limited and full members of PBSS will be given priority. Matthew
Ormsby is the contact person for this trip.
There will be another 5 Mouth dig trip, probably in March or April, and
possibly another trip to Abyss Cave in May.
There was a brief discussion of possible revisions to our Constitution
(which currently is the original NSS fill-in-the-blanks one from when the
grotto formed).
The meeting was closed at 7:36.
