There actually were quite a few hard coded links, especially in /bul, /rpt, probably 100 or so total.
Once you get back, I'd advise that you download what is on the server currently. If you have a lot of planned changes saved on your computer at home, upload them into a temporary directory on my server and I can run the commands on it for you. FYI, I'm using a unix tool called sed to do the search/replace on the whole directory. malco.org looks really good. I know html and a smattering of php, but lack the artistic talent to make a good looking website.
