Splitting is one "fair" way to deal with the funds. But it is not the only way
to deal with this issue fairly. Discussing this as a group and deciding on a
course action, and determining a suitable action in an open, civil, transperant
and democratic process is fair....

I vote that we give it to TCMA for Punkin and Deep. I would prefer to
see the entire amount go to that one cause rather than splitting it with TCC.
What would happen to the original $500 seed money if it can't be similarly
dispersed?
