Wetsuits are easily rented from dive shops.

Years ago when I lived in Florida, I snorkeled the Ichetucknee River,
which is crystal clear and cool due to the plentiful springs that feed
it. I believe back then you were required to take an inner tube along
with you, but I simply lashed it to me and snorkeled down the river.
It's crystal clear and full of fish--I can think of no better river in
the area of the NSS Convention for you to do such a trip. If you
decide to go, don't spend most of your time in the inner tube, get in
the water and snorkel. I've never done another trip quite like it
anywhere.
