I had already tried that. Again I got a blank screen. I've used that
strategy before too. But then I remembered another strategy that often works,
and that is to use a different browser. As soon as I tried Mozilla Firefox
(instead of Internet Explorer) it worked. Yay! Thanks for the suggestions!
