That is cave related because caver's can learn from watching it about ways to rig a tyrolean or for setting one up at caving conventions.
For example, their braking bar was ingenious, but what if they were to accidentally drop it? Somebody needs to go over there and upgrade their rig a little. If that potato sack were to rip, I doubt that girl could hang on to her little brother. Wouldn't a dual-pulley system would be better? It certainly needs a bar across the gate-less hook. Shouldn't their school district furnish them a helmet and some gloves?
