Some of the verses I've heard variations on, some I've never heard before. If you examine the terms used, sounds like some originated in England. 

I first heard it as "He ain't gonna jump know more" from some Brit  ex-RAF rugby players in Austin back in the late '60s.

Like this..

He jumped out of a Lancaster at 40 thousand feet..

they scraped him off the tarmac like a lump of strawbry jam..

...he ain't gonna jump no more..

un so weiter..
