If the community at large decides they want moderation, someone can step up
and take over the hosting and administration of the mailing list.  I don't
have the time nor will to moderate.

If you feel someone is getting out of line on the list, send them a private
message.  If you don't have their contact info, send me a message and I'll
provide it.
