Q1         Why is the blood sugarlevel higher in the morning and normal during
the day?

A1          Darra Friskiarra March 9Lives in Los Angeles (2018–present)

Why is the blood sugar level higher in the morning and normal during theday?

In the early hours of the morning, hormones, including cortisol andgrowth
hormone, signal the liver to boost the production of glucose, which provides
energythat helps you wake up. This triggers beta cells in the pancreas
torelease insulin in order to keep blood glucose levels in check.

But if you have diabetes, you may not make enoughinsulin or may be too insulin
resistant to counter the increase in blood sugar.

As a result, your levels may be elevated when you wake up. The dawnphenomenon
does not discriminate between types of diabetes. Approximately halfof those
with either type 1 or type 2 experience it.

Waning insulin

If your insulin level falls too low overnight, your blood sugar rises. The
reasons for the drop ininsulin vary from person to person, but it most commonly
occurs whenyour insulin pump settings provide too little basal (background)
insulinovernight or if yourlong-acting insulin dose is too low.

Insulin duration—how long the drug works in your body—also comes intoplay. If
you injectyour long-acting insulin early, it may not last into the morning.

My note- When the long actinginsulin presrcribed to me my doctor said- instead
OF AT BED TIME. I shouldprescribe 2 AM in the night. So if you are able to wake
up by 2 AM, you can very well take it atlater.

I have included this questionfor many who find fasting glucose level low, but
PP and Random  with in limits.

Q2         What are your best tipsto make washing dishes less of a chore?

A2          Bhuvana Rameshwar- Sun -marriedfor three decades

I do not have a maid. Hence washing dishes is my job whether it is apleasant
chore or not. So I make it pleasant to make it easy on me.

I do it once the sink is full. There is no timetable or fixed time forthis.
Freedom of time makes it a pleasant chore.

I always soak the dishes, before starting the washing.

I have a lime- smelling bar soap.

At home as a norm we alwayswash our own plates and spoon, so that is a pair of
plates, spoon already doneafter every meal.

I sometimes keep some music on in the kitchen when washing dishes. Incidentally
I have a small TVin the kitchen to even watch good programmes, without missing
them.

There is an order of doing dishes to make the drain tub look neatlyarranged
after washing the dishes .. Starts with the plates, lids, big, thensmaller
vessels, tiny bowls, cutlery and finally porcelain mugs, melmoware andplastic.

I rinse some vessels, plates and spoons which have a strong egg or fishsmell
with little vinegar to remove the persistent stink.

After this I clean up the work place, stove, tiles etc fully to leave
itwelcoming for the next session of cooking.

Finally I apply moisturizers on my hands to smoothen the skin and feel
satisfiedof a job well done.

Q3         When Ganga takes birth inthe feet of Lord Vishnu, then why is Lord
Shiva held in his hair lock? Is it aninsult for Shiva?

A3          Akshay April 25 Travelblogger

We can't give any wrong and misinformation. I will give straight forward answer
Ganga is not related to vishnu at all….

Goddess Ganga is a Elder daughter of Himavan and Meenavati . That's thereason
Ganga water flow from Himalayas .

देवि सुरेश्वरि भगवति गङ्गेत्रिभुवनतारिणि तरलतरङ्गे ।

शङ्करमौलिविहारिणि विमले मम मतिरास्तां तवपदकमले॥

“O Devi Bhagavati Ganga, the Goddess of the Devas, you liberate the ThreeWorlds
with the merciful water form of yours |

O the Stainless pure one who resides in the Head of Shankara, May mydevotion
remain firmly established on you Lotus Feet.”

Ganga, the divine river of the subcontinent of India, known to thewesterners as
the Ganges, originates from the mighty Himalayan mountains(Himavant)and flows
throughout the North of Bharat. Cutting through the massiveicy mountains with
enormous force, Ganga reaches Central India and flows inserenity. She is
thebiggest flowing river of India and is the source of water to millions
ofIndians and also Bangladeshis. She is worshiped as Goddess Ganga byHindus
since very long.

Taking a dip in the Holy Ganga is believed to get one rid of the sins andhelp
attain Moksha. Also the ashes of one’s beloved is immersed in Ganga tohelp
attain the spirits, Moksha. Although most of the Indians consider Ganga a
goddess and worship her,not many know the story of Ganga’s origin. The
interesting story ofthe birth of the Ganga is mentioned in the books of Hindu
Mythology.

Ganga’s Incarnation as a River

Long ago, there lived a king named Sagara who was the ancestor of Rama.King
Sagara was a strong leader with immense power. He had two wives, Sumati and
Keshini.

The King had sixty thousand sonsfrom his first wife Sumati and a son from his
other wife Keshini. Once, KingSagara decided to perform Ashwamedha Yaga
(sacrificing of horse) which wouldgive him boundless power and supremacy. This
scared Indra, the God of Gods.

Lord Indra stole the horse that was going to be sacrificed by King Sagaraand
hid it by tying it under a tree where the sage Kapila was meditating.Kapila was
a descendent of Manu, great grandson of Brahma.

King Sagara sent his sixty thousand sons to search themissing horse, who after
searching the whole Earth found it in Sage Kapila’s Hermitage. The sonsof
Sagara thought Sage Kapila stole the horse and thus blamed him for it. Sage
Kapila grew fierce by theinsult made by Sagara’s sons and burned them into
ashes using the fire from histhird eye.

When Ansuman, the last son of King Sagara and Queen Keshini heard aboutthe fate
of his brothers, he went to Sage Kapila and begged & asked him howto liberate
his brothers’ souls. The great sage advised him to meditate in the name of
Brahma andplease him so he shall release Ganga from his water pot.

The Holy water of Ganga wouldpurify their souls he said. Ansuman started
meditating trying to please theLord Brahma but did not succeed. Many of the
future generations continued totry to please Brahma but it all went in vain. In
KingSagara’s seventh generation, Bhagiratha was born. His concentration
anddetermination were boundless. He worshiped Lord Brahma loyally for many
years.

Lord Brahma was pleased by the worship of Bhagiratha and agreed to helphim.
Lord Brahma told him to worship only Supreme God Shiva Paramatma .then
Bhagiratha immedetlystarted worshipping to Lord Shiva to hold the force of
Ganga in his hairs, ifnot she would fill up the whole Entire Earth.

Bhagiratha continued his worship for further more years, only this timehe was
worshiping Lord Shiva. After a few more years, Lord Shiva was pleased and
agreed to hold Gangain his hair. When Brahma released Ganga, she came down
withtremendous force from the heavens. Lord Shiva blocked her with his hair
locksnot letting a single drop fall on Earth. Lord Shiva eventually captured
Ganga fully in hishair till her force came down. AfterGanga calmed, Lord Shiva
released a small part of Ganga and commanded her tofollow Bhagiratha.

When Ganga followed Bhagiratha, she flowed with enormous force creatingan
immense turbulence which led to a flood which destroyed the hut and thefields
of Sage Jahnu. Sage Jahnu was greatly angered bythis act of Ganga and drank up
and swallowed Ganga completely as a revenge.

The gods prayed along with Bhagiratha to the Sage Jahnu. The Sage calmed after
a whileand thus released Ganga and thus she continued following Bhagiratha.Due
to this, Ganga is also known as Jahnavi.

As Ganga followed Bhagiratha, millions of people bathed in the Holy Riverto
purify themselves. FinallyGanga reached the tree of Sage Kapila. The sixty
thousand souls of the sons ofKing Sagara were thus liberated by Ganga and thus
Ganga became the Holy Riverof Bharat.

To this day, the Hindus of India worship Ganga, take Holy dips to
purifythemselves off their sins. In massive Kumba mela event Millions of
devoteesvisit and Bathed in Ganga water .and they worship lord Shiva by using
Gangawater. Lord Shiva is also called Gangadhara and Gangeshwara

God who holds Ganga water on hishead = Gangadhara

God of Ganga is Gangeshwara (Shiva)

Gangeshwara temple Haridwar were ganga worshipped lord Shiva

Krishna told Pandavas to worship lord Shiva . 5 lingams established bypancha

Q4         Who was Madhu Kaitabh inVishnu Purana?

A4          Sunitha Parapatla April27, 2020 Om Namo Narayanaya

Om Madhu_Kaitabha Mardhanaya Namaha, I bow to Maha Vishnu who killed thedemon
brothers Madhu and Kaitabha

One day when Maha Vishnu was inYoga Nidra (in a comfortable posture of laying
on the bed of Sheshnaag), twoDemon brothers named Madhu and Kaitabha were born
from the wax of Lord Vishnu’sears.

Their birth was a mystery and unknown as felt by the brothers themselves, whose
physical forms grew fast and strong day by day, even as they were playingin the
ocean surroundings, killing various kinds of aquatic species for food.

In course of time, the Demonbrothers developed huge bodies and realised they
were born from a very powerfulperson.

One day, from the air, they heard a sound ‘Vagbija’ the Seed Mantra (Seed means
‘Bija’ and ‘Vak’ is the Speech of Goddess Saraswati).

Just for fun and later with thought, they kept on practising the sound /mantra
for years together, not realising the impact of the Mantra’s repetition. In
fact, they became soobsessed with the Mantra, that they neither had food nor
sleep, but with fullconcentration and utmost sincerity were chanting the mantra.

One day, ParaShakthi’s ( Goddess Shakthi) Voice emerged from the Skies, that
the Danava brothers would beinvincible in the entire Universe, but with one
condition that they should beunited always and fight two-some.

Blessed by the Goddess, the two brothers became arrogant with pride
andeventually attacked Lord Brahma Himself. On realising that they
wereunconquerable, Lord Brahma who was seated on the lotus head sprouting from
LordVishnu’s navel, tried hard, but could not win.

So He went to Vaikuntha for protection, but Maha Vishnu was in YogaNidra.

So, Brahma prayed to Yoga Nidra Devi to prompt Maha Vishnu to wake up. Itwas
actually Maha Maya’s discretion which mattered, as Vishnu Himself could
notregain consciouness on His own.

Then Maha Maya left Vishnu freeand He was fully woken up to face the challenge
of the hour, to eithermanipulate or massacre thebrothers, Madhu and Kaitabha.

Lord Vishnu invited thebrothers to fight with Himself. The fight continued for
five thousand years butwithout a tangible result. As theDemons were clashing
one after another and Lord Vishnu was in duel singly, Lord Vishnu asked the
brothers to give a break, as it was againstJustice that they took alternate
positions to fight with Him, while He wasalone fighting with both of them.

During the break, Lord Vishnu prayed to Goddess Shakti and complainedthat the
fight was unfair and that they were also given a boon of voluntarydeath or
‘Svacchanda Maranam’ by the Goddess Herself.

Maha Shakti realised the issueand advised Vishnu to give boons to the brothers,
so that a way out wouldautomatically open up.

Meanwhile, Maha Shakti agreed to be present at the fight in physical formand
disturb the concentration of the Demon brothers by casting Her
illusionaryfeminine looks.

This encouraged Lord Vishnu to convey the Demons, that their duel withHim was
great and thus He was ready to give boons to them.

They got into the trap and they boasted saying, “ we are prepared to give
boonsto you Lord Vishnu, instead of you giving boons to us “.

Vishnu grabbed the opportunity and said “ Please give me the boon ofkilling you
two brothers”.

They realized that they were trapped, and can't go back on their word, instead
they thought of a plan.

The brothers gave an excuse, that the boon could be given only provided, there
was no water or wetness in the Ocean.

Lord Vishnu then expanded his thighs extensively, so that there could
beadequate space for the killings and could cover the water in the Ocean.

The Demons too expanded their bodies and thus the thighs of Lord Vishnuand the
body sizes of the brothers kept on increasing horizontally andvertically
proportionately.

Finally, the illusion created by Lord Vishnu proved stronger and thebrothers
had to yield to their own killings.

Thus Goddess Shakti who assumedhuman physique could pave the way to the
killings of the Danava brotherswithout breaking the Rules of ‘Dharma Yuddha’,
partly by trickery and partly byMaya or Illusion.
