As per most scriptures, Kashyapa Rishi was the son of Marichi and
Kala. Kashyapa Rishi had 21 wives. He married the thirteen daughters of
Daksha. Kashyapa Rishi is one among the seven presiding Rishis of the
seventh manvantara, called the Vaivasvata Manvantara, which is currently in
progress. The present kalpa is known as Sveta Varaha Kalpa. Kashyapa Rishi
is considered to be the father of all demons, devas (demigods) and living
beings including humans. He is said to have installed Varuna as the God of
waters in the western region, where he himself also resides. His sons are

- Aditi – Twelve Adityas, namely Vishnu, Indra, Vivasvat, Mitra, Varuna,
Pusan, Tvastr, Bhaga, Aryaman, Dhatr, Vidhatr or Savitr and Amsha.
- Diti – Daityas or demons – Hiranyaksha, Hiranyakashipu, Ivala and
others.
- Dhanu – Danavas or demons – Vritra.
- Vinata – Aruna and Garuda (birds).
- Kadru – Nagas like Vasuki
- Surabhi – buffaloes, cattle and eleven Rudras
- Krodhavasa (snakes, Uraghas and goblins)
- Arista (gandharvas – celestial musicians)
- Muni (apsaras, celestial maidens and water nymphs)
- Ira or Ila (vegetables and trees)
- Tamra (hawks, moths, vultures, parrots and other birds)
- Surasa or Simhika (demons like Namuchi and Vatapi)
- Timi (water creatures).
2 Parasurama is the 6th incarnation of the Vaivasvataha manvantara treta
yugam while Kashyapa is said to be in Kritha yugam. Parasurama is also
spoken in Treta yuga Mahabhartham. Parasu rama created the shetram it is
said from present GOA (Konkan) till Kanyakumari which looks like PARASU
hence Parasu rama shetra; it is not Kerala only; Parasurama washed the axe
it is said at Tirtha halli present Karnataka. The shiva lingam he is said
to have made is said to be in Ramagundam and Rameswaram TN.
3 My Question was simple; had you written as spoken in this purana etc
that is telling a story; but when you say and that too assert , it is
reported in web sites, are we not supposed to think what is behind?.
Kashyapa is Rishi; Kashyapa is space all pervating including the earth
which is ADITI the wife and Padala lokam described as Diti another wi8fe,
having created devas and asuras as progeny of kashyapa + Aditi and Diti.
Rama is the name and Parasu is the axe. Mahendra giri is in Orissa as well
as TN. It is said he threw it from Maharashtra with the axe. Parasurama
went to Mahendra Giri of Orissa. Did he come to TN?. The Bharatha Varsha
shape was like the present Australia New Zealand continent, which expanded
outwardly and the Kumari Kandam now people claim went down in water while
the land from Maharashtra to Kanya kumari came up the sea water due to
balancing act. (There are many treatises and one is that of P T Srinivasa
Iyengar. Kerala as per Kerolopathy history was taken over by the Cheras who
went from Kanyakumari to the Himalayas . The kerala came up in History then
onwards only hence there is not enough mention of Kanyakumari or Kerala in
Ramayanam. Even Agastya is said to have come upto Pothigai Tirunelveli
present only. So I asked to write as it is said in this and that which will
show as puranic. But when you say Parasurama gave to Kashyapa as written by
you will never be found in authentic websites at all . Please read again.
Do not grudge if you wish to report correctly. Instead of sulking better
devite greater attention at 80 or else Grand childrens will laugh at us. KR
