In 1980 Hindi teacher Shri Saksena, in the department expressed that like cartoon no one writes snippets by in Hindi or Urdu . I visualized a helpless corpse lying on the road. I scribbled 4 lines on the paper and left on the table. To my surprise, it was published in the house magazine next issue. Hope some appropriatly translate in English
