Q1         What are the 3 signs of an unhealthyheart?

A1          Dr.Ganeshakrishnan Iyer, Lives inBengaluru, Karnataka, India May 26

Here are three common signs that mayindicate an unhealthy heart:

Chest discomfort or pain: Chest pain ordiscomfort is oneof the most common
signs of a heart problem. It may feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness, or
pain in the center or left side of the chest. Thesensation may last for a few
minutes or come and go. It's important to notethat chest pain can also be
caused by other conditions, so a proper medicalevaluation is necessary.

Shortness of breath: Feeling breathless or experiencing difficulty in
breathing, especially during physical activity or while lying down, can be a
sign of anunhealthy heart. This symptom may indicate that the heart is not
pumping bloodeffectively or that fluid has accumulated in the lungs due to
heart failure.

Fatigue and weakness: Persistent fatigueand weakness, even afteradequate rest,
can be a sign of an unhealthy heart. When the heart is notfunctioning properly,
it may struggle to supply the body with enough oxygen andnutrients, leading to
feelings of tiredness and reduced energy levels.

Again, these signs can be indicative of various conditions, and only a
qualifiedhealthcare professional can provide an accurate diagnosis. If you
experienceany concerning symptoms related to your heart, it is important to
seek medical attention promptly. Contactus for more details!

Q5         What is the principle of a fiber opticcable?

A5         Arun Kumar J,Professor at Dr. SivanthiAditanar College of
Engineering (2019–present)Sep 10

The principle of a fiber optic cable isbased on the transmission of data or
information in the form of light pulsesthrough a glass or plastic fiber core.

Fiberoptic cables are a key technology used in telecommunications,
datatransmission, and high-speed internet connections due to their ability
totransmit data at very high speeds and over long distances with minimal
signalloss. Here's how theprinciple of fiber optic cables works:

Core and Cladding: A typical fiber opticcable consists of a core madeof glass
or plastic surrounded by a cladding material with a lower refractive index. The
coreis where the light signals travel, while the cladding helps to keep the
lightwithin the core through a principle called total internal reflection.

Total Internal Reflection: Total internalreflection is aphenomenon that occurs
when a light ray traveling through a material with ahigher refractive index
strikes the boundary with a material with a lowerrefractive index at an angle
greater than the "critical angle." When this happens, thelight ray is
completely reflected back into the higher refractive indexmaterial, rather than
being refracted or transmitted through the boundary. In fiber optics, this
principleallows light to travel along the core without significant loss of
intensity.

Light Source: At one end of the fiber opticcable, there is a light source, often
a laser diode or light-emitting diode (LED). This source emits lightpulses into
the fiber optic cable.

Modulation: The light source is modulatedto encode data onto the light pulses.
Data is typically converted into a series of on/off pulses, where "on"
represents a pulse of light and "off" representsno light.

Propagation: The modulated light pulsesenter the core ofthe fiber optic cable.
As they travel through the core, they experience totalinternal reflection,
bouncing back and forth along the length of the core.

Reception: At the other end of the cable, there is a photosensitive
detector, often a photodiode or photodetector. This detector senses the incoming
lightpulses and converts them back into electrical signals, which can then
beprocessed and interpreted as data.

Key advantages of fiber optic cablesinclude their highbandwidth, low signal
loss over long distances, immunity to electromagneticinterference, and security
against eavesdropping. These characteristics makefiber optics a preferred
choice for high-speed data transmission intelecommunications networks, internet
infrastructure, and various otherapplications where fast and reliable data
transfer is essential.

Q6         Can you tell a very emotional truestory?

A6         Kaushal,9h

Unclesitting on the seat in front was looking at the train tickets with the
torch lit for a long time, although he did not even understand English. He would
repeatedly put theticket inside and then take it out after a while and start
looking at it.

With great curiosity I asked him -Uncle, why are you looking at this ticket for
so long?

Hewas probably waiting for someone to ask him... He eagerly replied, Son, I am
looking at what iswritten in this ticket so that this entire seat becomes mine.

Hearinguncle's answer, I smiled and started looking at him.

Hefurther said, beforethis I have travelled only in General compartment, today
for the first time Iam traveling in Ac class compartment, I had never even
bought aticket before, today I have the ticket in my hand, I am just looking at
what iswritten on it. This entire seat has become mine.

Why didn't you ever buy a ticketbefore, uncle?

Iam a farmer, if ever I have to go to the city, I have gone with a General box,
now my son has become anassistant in Delhi Home Ministry, he has sent me the
ticket, I amgoing to him, he said that he will book my plane ticket while
returning home.

Uncle'seyes became moist while saying this, I too was not asked anything
further, Uncle kept the ticket inside andstarted looking towards the window, I
was also calm...
