Q1 Heart and Brain depends on hereditary factors and the finer
happiness the woman has during her pregnancy. Having a family history of
heart diseases is an important wake up call for you and your doctor. You
need to be extra careful and proactive with your preventive healthcare. Age
is an important risk factor. Many tend to develop risk factors for heart
disease in their middle age, and many women after menopause. If your
parents developed heart disease in the older ages, you might be at a higher
risk. Smoking or tobacco intake, drinking too much alcohol, having a
sedentary lifestyle with no physical activity, stressful life and not
eating healthy are some changeable factors that affect your risk for
developing heart or cardiovascular diseases. Understanding the role of your
genetics can empower you to make an effective plan to keep your heart
protected and healthy. You can take a *genetic test* to know your
predispositions or susceptibility to heart diseases. Your
genes/genetics/DNA are inherited from your parents and are unchangeable.
Hence, it becomes doubly important to take a genetic test if you already
have a family history of heart diseases. Your family history and genetics
are unmodifiable - still you can work on planning a personalized lifestyle
that is healthy for your heart. *Genetic testing* is the first step. A
genetic test can reveal your risk scores for CVD related factors like -
Atrial Fibrillation, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), High HDL (Good)
Cholesterol Levels, High LDL (Bad) Cholesterol Levels, Hypertension,
Hypertriglyceridemia, Myocardial Infarction, Stroke. Based on your genetic
test report, you can plan: Your own nutrition and workout// Heart related
health checkups to detect the disease before it gets fatal// Your course of
treatment/management with your doctor
Q2 What is unknown is made known by a simile. Similarly the concept
of scientific approach , which will not be known to the majority (as
E=Mc^2, which was given by me in a platter but even them 99.9% did not make
anything out of it and so for such people simplified) is given in the
human like, life, relationship, dialogues etc; Bhagavan is the sanskrit
word for that Brahmam; Why Bhagavan?; Bhaga word denotes 2 things; one
creative spot// 2 division, partition etc. by both way it fits. One from
whom all were generated is Bhaga krithi; one who raised as male and female
dividing oneself as two in one, ardhanareeswaran, is Bhaga noun. Rig veda
early verse uses both the words in one verse: Rig Veda 2.17.7

amājūr iva pitroḥ sacā satī samānād ā sadasas tvām iye bhagam | kṛdhi
praketam upa māsy ā bhara daddhi bhāgaṃ tanvo yena māmahaḥ ||

“As a virtuous (maiden), growing old in the same dwelling with her parents,
(claims from them her support), so come I to you for wealth; make it
conspicuous, measure it, bring it (hither), grant (a sufficient) portion
for my bodily sustenance, (such as that) wherewith you honour (your
worshippers).”

As a virtuous (bhaga) maiden: amājur iva pitroḥ sacā satī
<https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/shati#hinduism> samānāt: amājuḥ =
living at home during life; Satī = daughter, duhitā, who claims her portion
(bhaga)

amājūḥ-iva | pitroḥ | sacā | satī | samānāt | ā | sadasaḥ | tvām | iye |

*bhagam* < *bhaga   *“Bhaga; vulva; good fortune; vagina; bhaga [word];
sun; well-being; happiness; overlord.”

bhāgaṃ < bhāgam < bhāga      “part; part; part; parcel; quarter; body part;
location; region; allotment; part; numerator; division; application;
function; outside; bhāga [word]; volume; helping.”

Tiruvalluvar used the word "Aadhi Bhagavan", because , later
many Bhagavans came; so Aadhi is the first Brahmam. Tiruvalluvar is a
Brahmin and sanskrit scholar. Vaṇ (वण्).—1 P. (*vaṇati*) To sound. The
primordial sound AUM -all in one word Bhagavan. VANDE emanated from VAN
root.

This was named by the west as GOD= GENERATION, ORGANISATION
AND DESTRUCTION. BRAHMAM IN THE SECOND LINE OF ORDER AS BRAHMA, VISHNU AND
SIVAN. Are we not so possesses witht he wisdom of theory of origin?

Hence all the Brahma love daughter; Parasara entered with a
fishe woman; so on so forth, must be viewed in depth. Brahma created and a
tool of creation Bhaga; Vac is AUM the first sound and the word, from where
the THE GOD in English and the Trimurthy as per Sankhya yoga arose. A+U+M
are tridevis and tri professional GODs.Brahma opened with AUM while
transmitting the learnt Vedas from, Brahmam Vishnu after the manifestation
(as he was not created by self and did not get destroyed also so sustaining
as Brahma, hence born out of Vishnu; it does not mean that Vishnu is great
grandfather of Ravana and Vishnu killed his own great grand son. VAC and
Brahma is a group. MA is Lakshmi out of the sea and the lord of the sea
Vishnu the sustainer, as said in the above Rig vedam, wealth is
distributed. Vishnu and Lakshmi are one group. Parvati the mountain lady
and Lord of the mountain represented as destroyers as Durga, Rudran etc ,so
they become a group. Allegory must be searched for.

Q3 There is no great secret about Narayana. Narāyana (नरायन).—an
epithet of Viṣṇu. नराणामयनं यस्मात् तेन नारायणः स्मृतः (*narāṇāmayanaṃ
yasmāt tena nārāyaṇaḥ smṛtaḥ*) Laying self in water is Narayana; As
venkata chala pathy is venkatachalaapathy. Himavan putri is Hymavathi.

(translation)

Then the Supreme Lord Narayana desired to create living entities. From
Narayana came the life airs; from Narayana came the mind and all the
senses; from Narayana came the elements--ether, air light, water and earth,
which supports the universe. From Narayana came Brahma, Rudra, Indra,
Prajapati. From Narayana came the twelve adityas, the twelve rudras, the
twelve vasus, all the vedic meres and all the devatas. Everything came
from Narayana in the beginning and everything enters into Narayan at the
end.

Thus Narayana is the eternal being. Brahma, Siva, Indra, time, the
directions, the subdirections, up and down, inside and outside, are all
pervaded by Narayana. Narayana is everything, past present and
future. Narayana is the eternal pure effulgent Lord, without a second to
compare. He is Visnu, the Supreme Lord says the upanisad.

One should place "om" first, "namah" second and "narayanaya" at the
end. "Om" is one syllable, "namah"is two syllables and "narayanaya" is
five syllables. Together they make the eight syllable Narayana
mantra. One who knows this eight syllable Narayana mantra with purity in
his heart attains all life, offspring, wealth, health and cows, and finally
attains immortality. One who knows the Narayana mantra and Narayana
attains immortality, says the upanisad.

The syllabe "om" is directly the Supreme Lord full of bliss. Composed of
three sounds "a", "u" and "m", the pranava becomes "om". The yogi who
utters the pranava many times becomes free from the bondage of repeated
material birth. One who worships the Lord with this mantra will certainly
go to the transcendental realm of vaikuntha, which is a lotus full of
consciousness shiing effulgently. The transcendental Lord is known as the
son of Devaki, as Madhusudana, as Pundarikaksa, as Visnu and Acyuta. The
one Narayana is situated in all living entities. He is the cause of all
causes, the supreme brahman.

One who recites the mantra in the morning destroys the sins of the
night. One who recites in the evening destroys the sins of the day. One
who recites the mantra at noon time facing the sun is freed from all types
of sins. That person attains the fruits of studying all the vedas. He
attains the world of Narayana.

Q4 Both Parvati the hymavathi and Naraayanan are bluish so were
brother and sister and Svan was said to be a brother in law of Vishnu.
Vishnu is Uncle of Ganesa. And Ganesa birth is authentically narratyed in
Skanda puranam.
