Hi Marco I have an excel macro tool which I use for such tasks.
I have done this for my own and I'm using this Excel tool as my "database" for survey data. You can import different formats like compass, walls, therion, mnemo, pockettopo into Excel. And you can export to formats for Therion, Walls and Compass. This tool is still under progress but may be a help for your task. Unfortunately you can use it only with Windows and Excel.
