Hi Bryan

I'm at a bit of a loss why this is happening… I've seen this in the past, but 
it's with pre Rails 3.1. Can you just confirm which version of builder is in 
your Gemfile.lock file? Also, is the blankslate gem in your Gemfile.lock file?
