Thanks. That increases my faith a lot! -----Original Message----- From: Steven Gorenbergh [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, March 05, 2010 5:52 PM To: 'Phil Smith III'; [email protected] Subject: RE: [Thinkpad] EasyServ -- send hard drive?
I just sent my T42p to EasyServ to replace a failing backlight. I did NOT send the HD. There was no problem. The box was shipped from a UPS store from CT on Mon, MAR 1. It arrived at EasyServ on Tues, Mar 2. I had it back on Thu, Mar 4. The repair was done correctly!
