Well, like you, I thought it was the Crown Jewel, but I think we're part of a very small group. I've had an X300 for about 2.5 years and just got an X301 back in July. Unfortunately, they've been discontinued, and you just missed a deal on one. erik hahr sold his X301 in the thinkpads.com Marketplace about a week ago. It was less than 6 months old and pristine with 3yr warranty and accident protection. He loved it but needed a tablet for his work.
Keep an eye on the Outlet in case one shows up there. I've been told by someone at Lenovo who knows what I like that the T410s is an acceptable substitute, but I've never actually seen one of them.
