Works normally when I insert a thumb drive, or a
printer, which is all I previously used it for.
This is my first experience with its use for a
modem

 It is not normal.

How does the upper port behave when you insert a different USB device? cheers,

My Huawei E160 modem is recognized only

when inserted into the lower USB

socket on my T43 running WXP SP3, not

the upper socket. Is this normal? If

so why? If not, what should I do?
