It works for me. Two possibilities; 1, your download has somehow been 
corrupted, try downloading again, 2, you're using a Mac. The Mac OS 
behaves a little strangely when unzipping file containing a *.xpi. This 
is because the *.xpi file is itself a renamed zip file, the Mac OS gets 
confused by this, usually it unzips the xpi as well as the container 
zip, perhaps yours is doing something a little different? To unzip these 
files on a Mac, either use a third party tool such as Stuffit or unzip 
in a console window and manually do a 'unzip hotmail-1-2-17b1.*zip*', or 
whatever the file name you're trying to unzip is.
